I’m trying to teach my adult grandchildren Portuguese. They never learned when they were younger but now as adults they want to. I think it’s a great start.
This book brings back so many memories of classic dishes that my mother and grandmother used to make. What I saw as intimidating dishes to cook, David broke down the recipes in such a way that I was able to replicate the dishes easily, quickly and with the perfect flavor!! This is my go to cookbook now!
My Portuguese family will get a kick out of these napkins! It is a funny saying that they all say.
It is a great gift that will definitely be used! Our family loves their Portuguese food.
Will pass this book around to friends n family
