fantastic, have had mine since first published, this bundle was a gift

I surprised my husband and the in-laws this Christmas dinner by making the Portuguese Stuffing (I’m not Portuguese). My husband loved it, and so did they. Will be a new holiday side dish to add to the table in addition to our traditional homemade stuffing going forward. Our area doesn’t carry ground chourico anywhere so I ground my own with my kitchen aid attachment - but my butcher later let me know they will grind it for me anytime :) Looking forward to trying more recipes from each of your cookbooks.

Great cookbook. Has all the recipes my extended family has made over the years. Now gives me the opportunity to make them for myself and my family.

I’m trying to teach my adult grandchildren Portuguese. They never learned when they were younger but now as adults they want to. I think it’s a great start.

This book brings back so many memories of classic dishes that my mother and grandmother used to make. What I saw as intimidating dishes to cook, David broke down the recipes in such a way that I was able to replicate the dishes easily, quickly and with the perfect flavor!! This is my go to cookbook now!

It is a great gift that will definitely be used! Our family loves their Portuguese food.
