Clams e Camarão
My favorite type of Portuguese food is Marisco! Shellfish, in English! A little garlic and wine on any seafood, and we're in business! Clams and Shrimp go so well together and I'm going to show you an easy way to whip them up together!

- 1 lbs. Clams
- 1 lbs. Shrimp, Skin on
- 1 cup Vinho Verde
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Piri Piri
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Start pan with Olive Oil, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Onions
When onions become translucent - add tomato, piri piri, and 1/2 of the wine, Salt and Pepper
Add Clams, let simmer on medium high until they begin to open
Add Shrimp, and more wine
Squeeze a lemon, mix, cover, and simmer on medium for 10 minutes
Garnish with Parsley, serve
