Line the bottom of an oven safe dish with sliced Lemons.
Scrub the chicken with lemon, and squeeze the juice over it. Place Chicken on lemon slices.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, bay leaf, and olive oil
In a bowl season potatoes with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Paprika
Add potatoes to the chicken dish, and pour potato marinade over the whole thing
Drizzle piri piri and vinho verde over the whole dish and crumble a Knorr Cube throughout. Cut up the butter into pieces and place it around the top of the food
Bake at 395 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, be sure not to burn the skin
