Farinheira Cheese Fries
Before moving to Florida, I grew up in Northern NJ. One of our favorite diner foods: Disco Fries! The Jersey version of Poutine, it normally is served with Mozzarella Cheese and Gravy over French Fries. I thought to myself, "How can I Portuguese this up?"....the answer, Farinheira Cheese Fries!! Lets do this!
