Massa com Camarão
There's no arguing that shrimp is delicious on its own, especially when a Portuguese person is cooking it! Today, we're going to pair it with Pasta! Use a thin spaghetti, or whatever you prefer. Let's learn this one together!
Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti/Pasta
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 tbsp Additional Olive Oil
- 1 lbs Peeled Shrimp
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 Malagueta Pepper, small
- Parsley for garnishing
- Salt,Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, add 3tbsp Olive Oil, and Water. Bring to Boil
- Add Pasta, Cook until satisfied
- Strain, set aside
- In a shallow pan, bring 6 tbsp Olive Oil to a sizzle with garlic, bay leaf, and pepper
- When the aroma begins to fill the kitchen, add the shrimp
- Season with salt, pepper and let cook on medium/high heat until about cooked through (3-4 minutes total)
- Add pasta to the shrimp pan, mix well
- Garnish with Parsley, and mix through, serve
