Chouriço Pizza Recipe
Chouriço Pizza
Cugino, if there’s one cuisine I love blending with Portuguese, it’s Italian! I grew up in North Jersey, completely surrounded by my Italian compadres. A few blocks from my house was a Pizzeria, with Portuguese Owners. And you guessed it, they served Chouriço as a pizza topping! Those were my favorite slices when I was a kid, and I always use Chouriço as a go to topping on my pizzas. From the Jersey Shore to NYC, you’ll find the best pizza you’ve ever had. But my home-made pizza comes in a close 2nd!
