Frango Empanado com Cerveja
This is a heavy hitter, but if you can handle it, the beer batter is quite delicious on the chicken breast! Sure, anyone can serve a chicken cutlet, but you can really make this stand out to your non Portuguese friends, because the batter mixed with the lemon is a delicious combo! Come e cala te!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Chicken Breast, thin sliced
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Portuguese Beer
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 Lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Mix Flour with Beer, Parsley. Add to refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic
- Coat the chicken in the batter, to your desired thickness, and fry on medium high heat, in oil.
- Drain chicken on paper towels, and serve with lemon slices.
